Annual report 2024-2025
Healthwatch Birmingham is proud to share our 2024-2025 Annual Report, highlighting the difference we’ve made by listening to the voices of local people and using their experiences to drive improvements in health and social care.
Our latest report shows how families’ experiences have driven real improvements in autism and ADHD services across Birmingham—supporting the NHS 10-Year Plan’s ambition for more personalised, preventative, and joined-up care.
Creating a Mentally Healthy City 2025
Consultation by: Birmingham City Council
Birmingham City Council consulted on its Creating a Mentally Healthy City 2025 strategy, which outlines a vision and plan to improve mental health and wellbeing across the city. The strategy includes priorities across four key areas — People, Families, Communities and Places — as well as a strand focused on suicide prevention. Healthwatch Birmingham responded to the consultation to ensure that the views of local people are reflected in the final plan.
