All of my scans and blood tests were done at Solihull hospital. The staff provided excellent support.

I had my hernia operation done here. The staff are excellent and it's a very clean hospital.

I took my 6 year old son who has a special kidney disorder to the hospital for scans and tests. The staff were very helpful and took great care of my son.
They caused complications

I had gastric sleeve surgery and they forgot to give me blood thinners which resulted in complications.
They're useless

I went for blood tests there and they said they couldn't do it, they're useless. They said I would need to go to Heartlands and sent me a letter. I am also waiting for a hernia operation and its taking time to come through.

They have lost my medical records a number of times and their communication with patients is below average.

They sent me a letter for my cataracts operation on my left eye. They said they will do it in April. I haven't been waiting long for the appointment either.
They were perfect.
